Privacy Policy
How SalesPunch360 collects, uses, stores and protects information across our website, web application and mobile application.
Effective date: 18 September 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to SalesPunch360 services, including our public website, web application and mobile application. A customer organization controls the business information its authorized users enter into its workspace, while SalesPunch360 processes that information to provide and secure the service.
Information we collect
Depending on the features used, we may process account and company details, names, business contact information, user roles, customer and lead information, follow-ups, check-ins, attendance records, notes, uploaded business documents and photos, quotations, invoices, expenses, project or business records, subscription information, and support communications.
Location information
Field-sales features may collect precise device location when an authorized user uses location-dependent functions such as attendance, check-in, visit verification, route reporting or related field activity. Where a mobile feature requires location while the application is not actively visible, the application will request the applicable device permission before that collection occurs. Location information is used to provide the field-work functionality selected by the customer organization, maintain relevant business records, prevent misuse and support reporting. Device permissions can be managed through device settings, although disabling a required permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
Photos and files
Authorized users may capture or upload photos and business files where a feature requires or permits them. These materials are processed for the workspace feature in which they were submitted and are subject to the customer organization’s access controls.
Device and service information
We may process technical information reasonably required to operate and protect the service, such as application or browser information, device and session identifiers, timestamps, security events, network information and diagnostic records.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, authenticate users, maintain Company and role-based access, support customer workflows, deliver reports, communicate about the service, respond to support requests, maintain security, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
We do not make customer workspace information publicly available. Information may be processed by service providers that support necessary functions such as infrastructure, storage, email, mapping, payment processing or application operations, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and service security. We do not sell personal information.
Data security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role and Company scoping, transport security and other controls appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Customer organizations and users may contact us regarding deletion or access requests. Some records may need to be retained where law, accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution requires it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with a customer organization, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. For information controlled by your employer or customer organization, the organization may need to handle or authorize the request. We may verify identity and authority before acting.
Children
SalesPunch360 is a business service and is not intended for children to create accounts or use independently.
International and regional requirements
Where privacy or data-protection laws apply, we process information according to applicable legal requirements and the customer relationship. Customer organizations remain responsible for ensuring that their own collection and use of employee, customer and field-work information is lawful and appropriately disclosed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements or our data practices change. We will publish the current version here and update the effective date when appropriate.
