Terms of Service
Terms governing your access to the SalesPunch360 website, trial, web application and mobile application.
Effective date: 18 September 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you register for, access or use SalesPunch360. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization where required.
Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure and promptly protect or report compromised access. The customer organization is responsible for users it authorizes, the roles and permissions it assigns, and activity performed through those accounts except to the extent caused by SalesPunch360.
Business and field-work data
The customer organization remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriate collection of information entered into its workspace, including employee location and attendance information, customer and lead details, photographs, tax information, invoices, quotations, expenses and other business records. Organizations must provide their personnel and customers with notices and obtain permissions or consents required by applicable law.
Location-enabled features
Some field-sales functions depend on device location. Organizations choosing those functions are responsible for ensuring that their use of employee or contractor location information is lawful and appropriate. Users must not falsify location, impersonate another user or interfere with location or attendance controls.
Trials, plans and subscriptions
Trial access is temporary and intended for evaluation. Paid access, included products, user entitlements, billing periods, renewal terms and applicable prices are those presented at purchase or renewal. Taxes may apply. We may restrict paid features after expiry, cancellation or non-payment, subject to applicable law and the terms shown for the subscription.
Payments
Where payments are enabled, payment processing may be provided by an external payment service. You are responsible for providing valid billing information and paying applicable charges and taxes. Refunds, cancellations and adjustments are handled according to the purchase terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may use SalesPunch360 only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the service, bypass security or subscription controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, misuse another organization’s information, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Customer content and ownership
As between the customer and SalesPunch360, the customer retains its rights in information and content it lawfully submits. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure and support the service.
SalesPunch360 software and intellectual property
SalesPunch360 and its software, branding, interface, documentation and underlying technology remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of our software or intellectual property.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, secure, improve or change features over time. Material changes affecting purchased access will be handled in accordance with applicable commitments and law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, non-payment, or where required by law. Customers may stop using the service or cancel according to the applicable subscription terms. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable purchase terms and legal retention requirements.
Third-party services
Some functions may depend on third-party services such as maps, communications, payment processing or mobile operating-system services. Their availability and separate terms may affect those functions.
Disclaimers and responsibility
SalesPunch360 is a business-management tool and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. Customers remain responsible for business decisions, statutory filings and the accuracy of records generated from information they provide. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be subject to the limitations stated in the applicable commercial agreement and mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the service, commercial model or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
